To improve our service, protect the environment, and make the most of your generous donations, we are now collecting clothing every Monday when you make a request.

This small change has BIG benefits – here’s how your help makes a difference:

We will post one of our blue textile bags through your door. If you need more bags, just call or email us.

We will always leave a supply of blue bags on collection.

Sort out the clothing, shoes and household textiles you no longer need.

Place your clean and dry textiles into the blue bag supplied by us or reuse any plastic bags available for doorstep donations.

By reusing as many plastic bags as possible reduces our plastic problem.

Place your bag on your doorstep (not next to your recycling waste) by 7.30am every Monday - please do not leave out overnight in case of wet weather.

Revenue from your donations goes back into your local council, helping support vital services.
